1. Introduction

Clause 1

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and llyyy (hereinafter "llyyy", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the llyyy website located at https://llyyy.cam and all associated services, products and content offered thereon.

llyyy is an English-language online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — to adult users in eligible jurisdictions. Balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the platform is accessed by Pakistani users. Payment provider names referenced on the platform are for contextual convenience only and do not imply endorsement of or affiliation with gambling services.

By accessing or using the llyyy platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

Clause 2

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the llyyy platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, displayed in PKR.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity responsible for operating the llyyy platform and its associated services.
• "Platform" means the llyyy website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook and all associated digital services.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, promotional offers and support functions available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable law.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the llyyy Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy in full;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 4;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date; and
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. llyyy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Account Eligibility

Clause 4

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the llyyy Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. llyyy does not permit use of its Services by minors under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• One Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other restriction that would prohibit your use of gambling services on this or any other platform.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registration on behalf of a third party, or using fictitious, borrowed or otherwise false identity information, is strictly prohibited.

llyyy reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

5. Account Registration & KYC

Clause 5

To access the full range of Services on llyyy, you are required to complete the registration process accurately and in full. During registration and at subsequent stages of Account use, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures consistent with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

KYC documentation typically required includes, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence);
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method where required by the Operator's compliance procedures.

llyyy may withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory. Providing false, incomplete or misleading documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities.

All personal data collected during KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Account Security

Clause 6

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your Account.

You agree to notify llyyy support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any fraudulent activity has occurred on your Account.

llyyy accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, except to the extent that such losses are attributable to llyyy's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

For security purposes, llyyy may require re-verification of your identity following unusual Account activity, changes to contact information, or withdrawal requests that fall outside your established pattern of behaviour on the Platform.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

Clause 7

All deposits and withdrawals on the llyyy Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Platform is accessed by Pakistani users. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Transaction limits vary by payment method and are published by the Operator on the Platform. llyyy may update these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Payment Methods: Available deposit and withdrawal methods are determined by the Operator's current integrations and your KYC status. Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are noted for context only. None of these providers endorse or support gambling services. Actual availability is subject to the Operator's published methods at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe published by the Operator. Processing times may be extended pending KYC verification, fraud checks or technical delays outside llyyy's reasonable control.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Bonus Restrictions: Certain withdrawal restrictions may apply while an active bonus is in your Account. Refer to Clause 8 for full details.
• Transaction Fees: llyyy does not charge deposit fees as a standard practice. The Operator's current fee schedule, if any, is published on the Platform. Your payment provider or bank may apply independent charges for which llyyy accepts no responsibility.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Clause 8

From time to time, llyyy and the Operator may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. PKR bonus amounts referenced on this information site are illustrative only.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is applied to your Account, a maximum bet per spin or per market stake applies as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published by the Operator alongside each promotion. Live casino and sportsbook bets may contribute at reduced rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses are subject to an expiry window from the date of activation. Unwagered or partially wagered bonuses will be removed from your Account at the point of expiry without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated bonus farming, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and bonus forfeiture.

9. Game Rules & Fair Play

Clause 9

All games available on the llyyy Platform — including slots, live dealer casino tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), and sportsbook markets covering cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — are governed by the individual game or market rules published by the relevant game provider or by the Operator.

In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game outcomes and those recorded in the Platform's server logs, the server-side records shall prevail. llyyy employs certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for applicable games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the Operator where required under applicable licensing conditions.

llyyy reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, manifest error or odds error has occurred. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, incorrectly priced markets, system glitches resulting in impossible outcomes, and human or data-feed errors affecting odds calculation. In such cases, affected transactions will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Clause 10

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the llyyy Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this Clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity, age or address information;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches or errors to generate unfair outcomes or gains;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a vehicle for financial crime;
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers, including through coordinated multi-account activity;
• Reverse engineering, copying, distributing or modifying any part of the Platform or its underlying software;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's normal operation or other users' experience.

11. Responsible Gambling

Clause 11

llyyy is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all registered Players:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any Service.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders to assist with time management during play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing their Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the Platform at any time. During the exclusion period, re-registration is blocked and marketing communications are suspended.

12. Intellectual Property

Clause 12

All content on the llyyy Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, written content, layout and user interface design — is the intellectual property of llyyy, the Operator or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Distribute, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; or
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks or copyright labels on any Platform content.

Any breach of this Clause will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

13. Limitation of Liability

Clause 13

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, llyyy and the Operator shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on this Platform for purposes other than entertainment;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security; or
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. llyyy makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

14. Privacy & Data

Clause 14

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the llyyy Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, identity information provided during registration and KYC, transaction records, gameplay data and device/session information collected automatically during your use of the Platform.

llyyy does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with the Operator, game providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities only as necessary for the lawful operation of the Platform and fulfilment of legal obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Clause 15

llyyy reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gambling license, as disclosed by the Operator on the Platform.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact llyyy's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by the Operator's license jurisdiction. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
